Enrollment Process

• Here are three ways you can submit your application form:

1. E-MAIL: Download and fill out form and email to: office@impactchristianacademymn.org
2. DROP OFF: Download and fill out form and then drop off at ICA’s school address. (Buffalo Covenant Church) Please turn form into the front office at ICA. Mrs. Niskanen will receive your form and then notify our ICA staff once the form has been turned in.
3. MAIL: Download and fill out form and then mail to ICA’s school address (Buffalo Covenant Church):

• *Checks can be made out to Impact Christian Academy*
• Once the Application Form is submitted along with the Application Fee, then someone from our ICA Team will request current school records and contact you to set up a student/family interview with our Admissions Team. At least one parent is required to attend the interview with their student. 

*Please know that all special needs or concerns must be noted at the time of application. Disclosing a special need does not mean your child will not be accepted, but will allow us to determine if we can meet your child’s needs.
